Wattle Run The Sheds at Brendale Chris Coroneos Builder

From age 5, Chris showed a strong interest in building and construction. Chris used to admire houses going up in his street for hours on end. He was intrigued by this process from a very young age of how construction projects took place and the methodology of construction.

Throughout his schooling, he knew he wanted to become a builder. At 17, after completing high school, he enrolled in QUTs Construction Management Degree.

At 18, he worked for one of Queensland's Largest Commercial Construction Contractors, working full-time while undertaking a degree.

At 25, he received an Open Builders License with the application supported by 3 of his senior peers. These peers are some of the brightest minds in the large-scale commercial construction industry. Chris is grateful to his peers who continue to support his journey some 17 years later.

Chris Coroneos is an Open Licensed Builder with 17 years of experience in the commercial building and construction industry. He commenced his career working for Tier One Contractors alongside completing his Construction Management Degree at QUT before becoming Managing Director at Urban Insight Constructions Pty Ltd.

Chris has experience in many facets of the building industry. He specialises in new commercial construction, fit-outs, tilt panel construction, commercial building maintenance, and project management.

Chris has been working with Wattle Run at The Sheds of Brendale precinct for some time now. During that time, we have noticed his keen eye for delivering practical solutions to complex problems. Being meticulous, reliable and takes pride in his work, and focuses on quality.

It is evident with the outstanding refurbishment work carried out at Shed 3 - now home to Hip Hop Brewers.

Chris has developed respectful working relationships with Wattle Run and its contractors. He has done an excellent job enhancing The Sheds at Brendale site.

We are proud and lucky to have him on board. :)
